Ukiah Wrestling Club offers youth and school-based wrestling programs for athletes throughout Ukiah, Redwood Valley, and the surrounding area. Our programs are organized by grade level so families can easily find the right wrestling opportunity for their athlete, whether they are just getting started or preparing for high school competition.
K-5th Grade
Our K – 5th Grade wrestling program is designed to introduce young athletes to the sport in a fun, supportive, and structured environment. Wrestlers learn basic positioning, movement, discipline, teamwork, and confidence while building a strong foundation for future success on and off the mat.
This program is a great starting point for families looking for youth wrestling in Ukiah and the surrounding communities.
6th - 8th Grade
Our 6th – 8th Grade wrestling programs support middle school athletes as they continue developing their wrestling fundamentals, confidence, and competitive mindset. This level includes Eagle Peak and Pomolita, giving students in Ukiah, Redwood Valley, and the surrounding area opportunities to train, grow, and prepare for the next stage of wrestling.
Athletes at this level focus on stronger technique, conditioning, sportsmanship, and match experience while building the habits needed for high school wrestling.
9th - 12th Grade
Our 9th – 12th Grade wrestling program supports high school boys and girls as they train for competition, personal growth, and long-term success. Ukiah Wrestling Club helps athletes develop discipline, strength, technique, and resilience through folkstyle, freestyle, and Greco-Roman wrestling opportunities.
This program brings together the boys and girls high school wrestling pathways under one clear category while recognizing the tradition, hard work, and competitive success of Ukiah wrestling.
